Jia Chen is the CCAPP Grants and Data Engagement Supervisor. She joined CCAPP in 2021, shortly after graduating from UC Berkeley with a bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies. At CCAPP, she works in behavioral health policy, advancing legislative measures that support evidence-based treatment, recovery services, and harm reduction and tracking and managing several large grant projects for the organization.
