Terminology, Definitions, Suicide Prevention and the Coming Out Process

This workshop helps all organizations, Clinicians, Substance Abuse Counselors, employees, free staff of all walks of life to improve their LGBTQIA2+ friendliness, education 101, terminology, and understanding the history and the lifestyle/cultural of the LGBTQIA2+ population. It is an Introduction to the LGBTQIA2+ Community and is very helpful to the organization to become more familiar with their employees and the people they serve regarding proper etiquette. The coming out stages will be discussed with some tips of helping your clients move through the process along with suicide prevention.
