Dr. Nola Veazie

Using Motivational Interviewing Clinical Supervision

Dr. Nola Veazie holds doctorate degrees in Psychology and Leadership and Organizational Management. She is the Chief Operating Officer of V-Solutions Consulting, LLC a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). For the past ten years, V-Solutions have provided training and consulting services, staff development, and continuing education for counselors.
Dr. Veazie is also a retired Air Force Veteran with twenty-two years in the fields of mental health, addiction counseling, training, and management. She is a knowledgeable mental health and addictions counselor, trainer, and staff developer, whose experience working with organizations spans federal, state, and local agencies. Her experience includes working with several corporate agencies such as Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii, Lompoc Federal Corrections Institute, Amity Foundation, Life Steps Foundation, Behavioral Systems Southwest, and Phoenix House. Her facilitation expertise extends to academia, where she taught cultural diversity for the University of Phoenix and is currently on the faculty of Webster University, where she teaches organizational behavior. Dr. Veazie is also an editorial board member for the International Journal of Education, Culture, and Society.
