David Sheridan, MBA
Recovery Capital and Recovery Residences
David Sheridan is the Executive Director of the National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR). He is a national speaker and writer with a primary focus on the development and operation of statewide recovery housing systems. His work with NARR includes technical assistance and other work for state addiction agencies related to the establishment of statewide recovery housing certification and support systems. He is also an advocate and resource on fair housing issues and has advised on legislation regarding state recovery housing oversight and support. His professional background is in institutional investments and he brings his corporate experience to bear on challenges facing the recovery housing field. Dave’s behavioral health industry experience includes CFO and Chief Operating Officer positions with a prominent Southern California addiction treatment provider. He also serves on the board of the Chandler Lodge Foundation, a men’s recovery residence and community center in North Hollywood, California.
