Limit two submissions per person, per conference. Presentations must fit into a 1.5 or 3-hour session and may not include sales or marketing of products or services. If you are a licensed, certified, or registered individual, your credential must be in good standing to present. Selected primary presenters receive a 25% discount on conference registration.

A/V provided: projector, screen, and Windows-based laptop (microphone for keynote/plenary only). Mac users should bring adapters; breakout rooms do not have speakers. CCAPP does not provide other equipment or technical assistance.

Briefly discuss the topic and provide detailed information on how this workshop addresses those topics/issues. Include the direct relationship between the workshop and what skills/knowledge will be gained from attendance or how the attendee's clinical practice will be impacted. This description will be the workshop description for the agenda and marketing materials.

3. CE Test Questions

Provide three questions with answers—true/false or fill-in-the-blank only (no essay or multiple choice). Questions are limited to 100 characters and answers to 50 characters. CE questions must be submitted with the application. These are used for continuing education credit.

I certify that the information provided in this application is true and accurate. I agree that: my presentation may be recorded and published; CCAPP publications (including the CCAPP Weekly Dispatch) have first publication rights for one year following the presentation; my presentation will fit into a 1.5 or 3-hour session; my presentation will not include sales or marketing of products or services; and all listed credentials are valid and in good standing. I will provide my slides and handouts as PDFs before the conference and submit three CE test questions with answers.

Typing your name constitutes your electronic signature on this agreement. The date, time, and IP address are recorded with it. Today is August 5, 2026.

Submitting creates your speaker account using the primary presenter's email, signs you in, and emails you a link to set a password. Drafts become available once you have an account.
