Parham Nematollah, M.S.MFCT, LAADC has been practicing in the field of mental health and addictions for over a decade. Parham has worked in various roles within an organization such as case manager, primary therapist, program director, and currently holds the position as chief operating officer at Buckeye Recovery Network. Despite the differences within each role, Parham realized that there was one similarity; self-care is not a luxury, it is a necessity.  Through his personal and professional experience, he has recognized the industry-need to manage daily exposure to traumatic experiences and the importance of increasing protective factors to manage internal unrest. He currently provides ongoing workshops and trainings on the topic of burn out prevention, managing boundaries, and self-care. Parham’s personal self-care routine is comprised of daily meditation, X-former Pilates, and hot yoga. He adheres to plant based whole foods nutritional guidelines and has been coaching basketball at Aliso Niguel High School since 2008.
