Debbie Harkness, BA, LAADC, CATC, is the Clinical Supervisor for Central California Recovery (CCR). She also operates as a Sole Proprietorship as Assessment, Training, and Research Associates (ATR). ATR is registered as a provider of continuing education units (CEU) by the California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professionals (CCAPP), and Minimum California Legal Education provider (MCLE) for the State Bar of California.

With over 15,000 hours of experience in the provision of treatment and over10 years of experience in the development and implementation of educational curricula with regard to SUD treatment paradigms and processes, Harkness is an experienced AOD professional. Often a featured speaker providing training curricula she has participated in a variety of conferences including CCAPP conferences, DHCS conferences, and NAADAC conferences.
